Ten Cate Solar tent fabric polyester-cotton. Ecru. Medium-weight canvas for family tents, touring tents and more.
Ten Cate Solair polyester-cotton tent fabric is the optimum blend for tent fabric standards and consists of a 50/50 cotton-polyester mix. It is a mat tent fabric with a very firm grip and, because of its strong structure, can also be stretched tightly. This makes this polyester-cotton tent fabric very suitable for applications such as family tents, folding caravans, festival tents, walls and inner tents.
What is so special about TenCate Solair tent fabric?
Ten Cate Solair is a so-called 'mixed fabric': a tent fabric made of a mix of cotton and polyester fibres. This version is a medium-heavy fabric: 280 g/m². The cotton component breathes and regulates moisture. The polyester part comes into its own by providing extra strength and durability. Ten Cate Solair is fungicide-treated, dirt-repellent and naturally water-repellent: a water column of at least 30 cm.
