Description

Our medical anti-poll mesh gives 100% protection against grass pollen and more. Washable. Known from Luxaflex pollen screen.


May contain fold marks in the material.

The unique* Poll-Tex® is available at ESVO from just 1 metre (available widths 120cm and 160cm) and allows you to make your own pollen screen. This way, hay fever sufferers can still enjoy spring or summer nights with the window open. Background information about Poll-Tex. Poll-Tex is a patented insect screen. Its permanent electrostatic charge completely blocks out pollen (100% in the case of grass and birch pollen), has a high air permeability and you can still see through it. It also blocks the fire hairs of the oak processionary caterpillar (L.U. Wageningen research).
Incidentally, this insect screen mesh is also used in the pollen screen of the world-famous Luxaflex brand. However, you can buy this gauze separately from us, starting at 10 cm.

What does Poll-Tex anti-poll gauze do?

- this special mosquito net protects against grass and birch pollen by up to 99.7%
- reduces dust intake
- reduces visibility by only 20%
- reduces air flow by approx. 30%
- also blocks the fire hairs of the oak processionary caterpillar
- also works as pollen filter for air conditioning or as general air filter mesh


Poll-Tex pollen mesh is completely and permanently washable. Therefore, it can also be used as a pollen filter for an air conditioner.


The pollen that tries to enter is stopped by the continuously present electrostatic charge on the mesh. During the pollen season, the gauze needs to be cleaned regularly, which can be done simply by rinsing the gauze with water or by vacuum cleaning it.
